Show Notes

Everything has to have a number 13 sooner or later, right? I hope you aren’t superstitious! We could skip 13 and call this Episode 14, but it would still be the 13th podcast episode! Plus, this post was posted on February 13! Coincidence? Actually, yes. It is.

Anyway, the Burnsland Podcast is back with its 13th episode, and this one is all about cars. No, not Cars like the Lightning McQueen movie, but real cars.

Cars figure heavily into our way of life around here. Most everyone you know either has a car or has ridden in one. You might even listen to the podcast in your car. Cars are hard to get away from. But that doesn’t mean they are bad!

In this episode, there are a few different car stories. People often have fond memories of their first car, and so do I, so here is that story. Also here is the story of the first car Laura and I bought. Plus, we often rent cars to drive on our different trips, so here are some thoughts about those, too. Apparently, I have lots of memories about cars. That is probably because I spend lots of time in them.

So listen in and learn about some of the cars I have driven and what those memories make me think of, too.
