We have been spending more time at home due to the pandemic, and it has been good. Plus, what makes somewhere a home?

Show Notes

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this year, we have spent lots more time at home, and it has been good. Yes, there has been a little disappointment over not getting to go on some of our planned trips. But getting to be home has helped us to remember the blessings of being home.

Home is where you feel safe, where you belong. It is not necessarily defined by a particular house or living space, but rather what goes on there. It is great to have a place where you can feel comfortable, both physically and mentally. I have lived in a few different places during my life. Which one do I consider home, and why? Those are good questions! And I may or may not have good answers.

Listen in to Episode 26 of the Burnsland Podcast for a discussion of home, including some thoughts on what makes someplace a home. It isn’t just the place where all of your stuff is, after all.
